Exercise 1: Hashem Love Me ALWAYS

Hashem loves you   like   an   only   child – without   interests,  without  bounds,   without   any   connection  to  your   actions.   If   this   is   how   a  human   parent  loves  their child, could  the  Creator  of the World  be less?

He loves you when difficult things are happening in your life. Hashem loves you even when you sin or regress, even when you fail, even when you don’t manage to do everything you want to do. To learn more about this, read Rabbi Arush’s excellent article God is All Love. 

Remember – Happiness is the basis of everything! Emuna cannot exist while in a state of sadness. Happiness is becoming close to Hashem, while sadness is leaving Hashem.
